Privacy & Data Requests

You may ask V Nation Corp to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop optional emails, texts or advertising cookies. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

How to send a request

• Mail: V Nation Corp, Privacy Requests, 4199 Flat Rock Road, Suite 130, Riverside, CA 92505
• Portal users: sign in at payment.vnationcorp.com and send a Secure Message saying "Privacy request." Your sign-in verifies your identity.

What happens next

1. We confirm we received your request within 10 business days.
2. We verify your identity, usually by matching information we already have. We never ask for your full Social Security number by email.
3. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why and respond within 90 days.

What we cannot delete

Federal and California law require us to keep certain records for set periods — for example, loan applications and closing files, servicing and payment records, broker transaction records (Bus. & Prof. Code § 10148), and tax forms. We keep these only for the required period and only for that purpose, and we explain this in our response.
