Refund Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

This policy explains when V Nation Corp returns money to borrowers, investors and other customers. Your loan documents and applicable law control if they provide otherwise.

1. No fee to apply or to pay online

We do not charge a fee to submit an application through our website or to pay online.

2. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you pay twice or pay more than you intended, call (949) 229-8666 or email info@vnationcorp.com. Once the funds have cleared (usually 5 business days for ACH), we refund the extra amount to the original payment method or by check, or apply it as you direct (for example, to principal).

3. Overpayment at payoff

If the funds we receive to pay off a loan exceed the amount due, we refund the difference to the payer, normally within 20 business days after the payoff funds clear.

4. Escrow (impound) surplus

If an escrow account analysis shows a surplus of $50 or more on a current loan, we refund it within 30 days of the analysis, as federal law requires (12 CFR 1024.17). Smaller surpluses are credited toward the next year's escrow payments. Any escrow balance remaining when a loan is paid off is refunded within 20 business days, as federal law requires (12 CFR 1024.34).

5. Third-party costs

Costs paid to third parties for your loan (such as credit reports, appraisals, title and escrow charges) are paid to those providers. Once the service is performed they generally cannot be refunded. If we collected money for a service that was not ordered or performed, we refund it. Fees disclosed in your loan estimate and closing documents are charged only as disclosed there.

6. Payments not accepted

A payment we cannot accept (for example, while a loan is in foreclosure) is returned promptly, with a letter explaining why.

7. Investor accounts

Investor servicing and onboarding fees are refundable only as stated in the Loan Servicing Agreement or Investor Platform Agreement. Amounts collected for an investor are remitted on the schedule in that agreement.
