Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how V Nation Corp ("V Nation," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through payment.vnationcorp.com — our loan servicing and payment platform, including the borrower and investor portals, online payments and AutoPay, statements and tax forms, document signing, the online loan application and property management accounts. Our main website, www.vnationcorp.com, has its own Privacy Policy. Real Estate Broker, California Department of Real Estate, License #02207106 · NMLS #2453421.

If you obtain a loan or loan servicing from us for personal, family or household purposes, you will also receive our Privacy Notice (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act), which describes how we share nonpublic personal information. If the two differ for that information, the Privacy Notice controls.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need for the purposes below. Do not send us information we have not asked for.

2. Where it comes from

From you; from your transactions with us; from consumer reporting agencies (with your authorization); from lenders, note holders, escrow and title companies, appraisers, insurers and taxing authorities involved in your loan; and, for website usage, from your browser.

3. How we use it

4. Cookies

This platform uses only essential browser storage to keep you securely signed in and to remember screen preferences. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

5. How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share loan-application or account information with advertisers. We share information only:

California residents: we do not share information about you with nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by the California Financial Information Privacy Act, such as to process your transactions or maintain your account.

6. Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to numbers whose owners agreed to receive them. Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of applying, obtaining a loan or contacting us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Account security codes and alerts may still be sent while you use multi-factor sign-in. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

7. Email

Service messages about your application, loan, payments or investments are part of your account and cannot be switched off while the account is open. Any promotional or newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests within 10 business days.

8. How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to meet the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule. These include encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor sign-in, role-based staff access, sign-in alerts, and payment-card tokenization by our processor. Taxpayer IDs are shown in full only on the official tax and loan documents that require them. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as California law requires (Civil Code § 1798.82).

9. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as your application, loan or account is active, and afterward for as long as the law requires or permits — for example, at least three years for broker transaction records (Bus. & Prof. Code § 10148), loan servicing records required by federal rules, and tax records required by the IRS. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

Information we must keep by law (for example, loan, servicing, tax and broker records) cannot be deleted until the retention period ends. When that applies, we will tell you. We will verify your identity before acting on a request (portal users can send it from their signed-in portal). We respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission.

How to submit a request: use the Privacy & Data Requests page, email info@vnationcorp.com with the subject "Privacy request," or call (949) 226-7474.

California residents: California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, may give you these and other rights. Information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the California Financial Information Privacy Act is governed by those laws.

11. Children

Our websites and services are for adults (18 or older) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Our services do not involve collecting information from minors, so no parental-consent process applies.

12. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other websites (for example, NMLS Consumer Access or government agencies). Their own privacy practices apply.

13. Changes

We will post any change on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will notify portal users before it takes effect.
