Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of payment.vnationcorp.com — the loan servicing and payment platform, including the borrower and investor portals and the online loan application (the "Platform") — operated by V Nation Corp (Real Estate Broker, California Department of Real Estate, License #02207106 · NMLS #2453421). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. Your promissory note, deed of trust, servicing agreement and other loan documents govern your loan. If anything here conflicts with them or with applicable law, the loan documents and the law control.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts. Keep your sign-in details and multi-factor device secure, and tell us at once at (949) 226-7474 or info@vnationcorp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not let anyone else use your account.

2. Information only — not an offer

Platform content, estimates and example payments are for general information and are estimates only. They are not a loan commitment, an offer to lend, a rate lock, or legal, tax or investment advice. Every loan is subject to application, underwriting, property valuation, credit approval and final loan documents. Rates, terms and programs can change without notice. Nothing on the Platform is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or trust deed investment; any such offering is made only through the required disclosures to qualified persons.

3. Electronic records and signatures (E-SIGN consent)

By creating a portal account you agree to receive disclosures, statements, notices and documents electronically and to sign electronically. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. You may request a paper copy of any document at no charge, or withdraw your consent to electronic delivery, by calling (949) 226-7474 or emailing info@vnationcorp.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect documents already delivered. To view and keep documents you need a current web browser, a PDF viewer, an email account, and the ability to print or save files. Tell us if your email address changes.

4. Online payments

• No portal fee. We do not charge a fee to pay online by bank account (ACH) or debit card. Credit cards are not accepted. If you choose to pay by wire, any bank charge we incur is passed through at cost with no markup and shown on your statement.
• Authorization. When you schedule a payment, you authorize V Nation Corp to debit the account you choose for the amount and on the date shown. With AutoPay, you authorize a recurring debit on each scheduled date until you cancel.
• Cancelling AutoPay or a scheduled payment. Cancel in the portal, by calling (949) 229-8666, or by emailing info@vnationcorp.com at least three (3) business days before the scheduled date.
• Returned payments. If a payment is returned unpaid, the payment is reversed. A returned-payment fee may be charged only if your loan documents allow it and only up to the amount permitted by California law. A late charge applies only if the payment is not received by the end of the grace period stated in your loan documents.
• Partial payments. If we receive less than a full periodic payment, we may hold it in a suspense account (shown on your statement as funds held, not yet applied) and apply it once a full payment is received, or we may return it, as your loan documents and applicable law permit.
• Delinquent accounts. If a loan is 30 or more days past due, online payments may be limited. Call Loan Servicing at (949) 229-8666 to arrange payment.

5. Errors and questions about your account

If you believe your statement, payment history or balance contains an error, or you want information about your account, write to: V Nation Corp, Loan Servicing — Notices of Error / Information Requests, 4199 Flat Rock Road, Suite 130, Riverside, CA 92505, or email info@vnationcorp.com. Include your name, loan number and a description of the issue. For consumer mortgage loans, we will acknowledge your written notice within 5 business days and respond within 30 business days, as federal law (RESPA, 12 CFR 1024.35–1024.36) requires.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Platform: no unauthorized access, interfering with security, scraping, uploading malicious code, or submitting false information. We may suspend access to protect you, other customers, or the Platform.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform' content, logos and software belong to V Nation Corp or its licensors. Photos and illustrations are used under license (including licensed stock and AI-generated images we own or are permitted to use), and fonts are used under their open licenses. You may view and print pages for your own use.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the portal is unavailable, you can still pay by phone or mail and your payment obligations stay the same. To the fullest extent the law allows, V Nation Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Platform. This does not limit any right you have under your loan documents or under laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by California law and applicable federal law. We may update them by posting a new version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will notify portal users.
